What happens during your service visit
A service visit keeps the equipment ready for the next person. For portable toilets, the work includes pumping waste, cleaning the interior, treating the tank and replenishing toilet paper. For sinks, plan fresh water, soap, towels and gray-water removal as well.
Choose a schedule that matches use.
Use the actual schedule of the site to choose visit frequency. A small daytime crew, a long event and a facility running several shifts can place very different demands on the equipment. We agree on included visits with your quote and review extra service when use increases.
At a Chico renovation, let the contractor know that the service approach must stay clear throughout the rental. For an event, include vendor setup and staff cleanup hours when estimating use. Call if the unit needs attention before the next planned visit.
Help the visit go smoothly.
- Keep the gate unlocked or provide the agreed access arrangement.
- Leave the route to the equipment clear of vehicles and materials.
- Call before moving units or adding fencing around them.
- Tell us if supplies run low or the rental needs attention between visits.
Extra cleaning and pump-outs
If usage rises, discuss an additional visit or more equipment with our team. We also arrange pump-outs for suitable RV and holding tanks. Give the tank type and connection location so the work can be assessed and priced.
