A long rental should remain usable throughout the project. Agree on pumping, cleaning, tank treatment and paper replenishment before work begins. Add water, soap, towel and wastewater service for sinks. Tell us about the busiest shift and any days when the facilities are used for longer.
Plan the approach for the later stages of a Chico or Oroville job, too. New fencing, landscaping or material storage can block a route that was clear during delivery. Contact us before moving a unit or changing the access arrangement.
Read the recurring charge and renewal dates.
Read the billing period in the quote. A four-week cycle is 28 days, so it does not follow the same dates as a calendar month. Confirm what starts a cycle, which service visits it includes and what happens when the project extends.
Update the plan when the job changes.

Finish with a confirmed pickup.
When the facilities are no longer needed, request collection and ask when billing ends. For an open-ended rental, the original expected completion date is not a pickup instruction. Keep a contact and the agreed entrance available until removal.
