Amber Grove
For a bathroom remodel or a small gathering, compare a side-yard position with a driveway alternative. Measure the gate with it fully open, check the turn beyond it and leave the toilet door clear. Keep the chosen approach available during service visits as well as on delivery day.
California Park
If your placement uses a shared or managed space, agree on the location with the responsible property contact before booking. Tell us about access codes and any time restrictions. A unit for a household plumbing outage may need to stay longer than the original repair estimate; call before the rental end date to update the plan.

Meriam Park
For a managed residential property, give us the building or lot reference and the approved delivery entrance. Coordinate with the manager when the rental will serve several households during maintenance. Discuss the number of users, washing facilities and access between occupied buildings before choosing the unit count.

Canyon Oaks
Describe your driveway approach and the actual placement surface. A trailer needs space for its towing vehicle, tongue, steps and guest path; a portable unit has a smaller footprint but still needs a clear service route. Provide the gate arrangement and a site contact who can authorize entry.

One unit, a small crew or several households
Start with the number of people who will use the facilities at the same time. A one-bathroom home under repair has a different use pattern from an apartment plumbing shutdown or a weekend party. Add separate handwashing and review accessible options where needed.
Before the delivery truck arrives
