- Address and entrance. Give us the actual delivery gate, cross street or lot number, plus a site contact.
- Clear route. Measure narrow openings and flag tight turns, steps, slopes, wires or low branches.
- Placement. Choose firm, level ground with room for the door and users.
- Access permission. Arrange approval from the property owner, venue or responsible site contact.
- Service route. Keep pumping and restocking access available during the rental.
- Pickup. Plan the collection request and gate access before the property is locked.
Will it fit through the gate?
The PJN3 standard unit has an exterior width of 43.5 inches, depth of 47 inches and height of 91 inches. Measure the usable opening between posts and hardware with the gate fully open. Then check the next corner and any overhead obstruction; the doorway is only one part of the route.

A trailer needs a different access check from a standalone toilet. Include the towing approach, tongue, steps, door movement and guest route when measuring. Send the available water and power details with the placement photos.
For Chico homes and commercial properties
For a Chico backyard or a managed development, agree on access before the truck arrives. Keep cars and stored materials out of the route, mark the approved position and provide a contact who can resolve placement questions.
Delivery, service and collection windows
Ask for the arrival-call request and site contact to be recorded on the booking. If you need an update on delivery day, call with the address. Our team can check the route with dispatch; the estimate depends on the active schedule. Before locking a gate or removing site staff, confirm how the equipment will be collected. For an open-ended rental, call when it is ready and ask when billing ends. Preserve the agreed approach until the unit has been removed.
