Before booking, locate the venue’s water and power connections and measure their distance from the proposed trailer position. Send that information with a photo of the approach. Our team will work through the connections, available temporary water arrangements and service access for the selected model.
Walk the delivery route with the property contact. Allow for the tow vehicle and hitch, then the deployed stairs and guest circulation. Keep that route available when catering trucks, tables and decorations are added.
