Put the restroom route on the festival map.
On a festival map, restrooms need to work with entrances, performance areas, food stalls and queues. Mark where the crowd will move and where service vehicles can enter. Share peak attendance and staff operating hours rather than relying only on ticket totals.
Work through accessibility for each restroom cluster, including the route and door space. Our ADA and accessible unit guide explains the model choices and the Access Board’s cluster guidance.
Separate guest washing from food-booth requirements.
Butte County Environmental Health provides separate organizer and vendor application resources for temporary food facilities. Coordinate the food-handling wash arrangements with guest restroom washing while building the festival equipment list.
Butte County community events and temporary food facilities ↗Reserve a service approach through the barriers.
Reserve an entry for pumping and replenishment before fencing or stalls go up. Give the team a reachable event contact and agreed access periods between operating hours. Multi-day use needs a cleaning plan that carries through the full event.
Confirm venue and city approvals.
For a Chico public location, confirm outside equipment placement and delivery access with the responsible venue or city contact. Match the rental arrival and removal to those approved windows. The venue reservation and sanitation rental are separate bookings.
